What side effects can Phentermine cause?

Common side effects include:

  • Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea or constipation
  • Dry mouth and unpleasant taste
  • Palpitations and increased blood pressure
  • Headache, restlessness or tremor

Inform your doctor if the side effects above become severe and bothersome.

Stop the medication and inform your doctor immediately if you experience any allergic reactions (e.g. rash, swelling of the eyes or lips, difficulty breathing).
