Emergencies can happen without any warning. Every caregiver needs to know when and how to administer life-saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), or relieve choking in a child or infant safely, quickly, and effectively. When CPR is performed correctly, it saves lives by restoring breathing and blood flow to the vital organs until professional help arrives.
This CPR workshop is a non-certification training programme, designed for any parent and/or caregiver to learn the essentials of this life-saving skill.
This workshop is not recommended for expectant mothers as it includes hands-on training.
Registration closes on 27 June 2025 (Friday). Pre-registration is required. Limited to the first 24 participants only.
Seats will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, upon receipt of payment.
Registration fee is non-refundable.
