Collecting refills of your medicine from an existing prescription? Skip the wait with SKH’s Medication Delivery services!

Have your medications all packed and ready for you to reduce waiting time at the pharmacy, or opt for delivery to your house during selected hours.

What should I do if I want my medication to be delivered to me?

  • This service is only available for registered patients staying in Singapore.
  • The medication delivery service is only applicable for SKH prescription/s and NHCS@SKH prescription/s.
  • The original prescription has to be submitted in person and will be kept at the Outpatient Pharmacy. When the full amount of medicines has been dispensed, the prescription cannot be refilled anymore.
  • The prescription should be dated within 1 year of your planned delivery date.
  • All requests for medication delivery must be accompanied by a Medication Delivery Service (MDS) Form duly completed and signed prior to delivery. This can be done online (click here), or on a hardcopy provided at the Outpatient Pharmacy

How long will the delivery take?

  • All medications delivery service requests will take 3 working days to process, excluding the day of request.
  • Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public holidays.
  • For regular home delivery, we provide 3 delivery time slots from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) at:
    • 10am to 2pm
    • 2pm to 6 pm
    • 6pm to 10pm
  • Please ensure you have at least 2 weeks supply of medication at home in case of any unforeseen delay of the delivery

How can I pay for my medication?

Payment can be made through Mobile pay via Health buddy app. You may also pay at AXS machines, 7Eleven stores, Singpost branches.

What are the charge for the delivery service?

The charges for the delivery service are currently waived until June 2020, up to a total weight of 15kg. A minimum charge of SGD8 will apply after June 2020. Charges may vary according to the weight and volumetric size of the delivery items.

Other important information

  • Medications such as antibiotics, controlled drugs, newly prescribed medicines, medications that need to be taken immediately are not eligible for delivery. Medicines with changes in dosage are also not eligible for delivery.
  • Medications delivered are not exchangeable or refundable.
  • Please ensure that someone is at the specified address to receive the medications at the agreed time/ date. In the event that customer is not at the specified delivery address and not contactable at the time of delivery, the customer will have to bear the total charges for both items and delivery charges. A second delivery charge will apply for request to resend item/s.
