Outpatient Pharmacy

The Outpatient Pharmacy serves patients at the Specialist Outpatient Clinics located in SKH Medical Centre. The pharmacy also fills physical (paper) prescriptions from polyclinics, general practitioners, and other hospitals. We also provide counselling and consultation on minor ailments and the sale of pharmacy-only medications.

Operating Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 7.00pm*
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
*Sale of Pharmacy-Only Medications: 9:30am-6:00pm

Medication Delivery Service (MDS)

Are you an SKH/NHCS@SKH patient with at least 2 weeks of medications at hime? Skip the wait with SKH's Medication Delivery Service (MDS)!

Have your medications all packed and delivered straight to your home or any valid Singapore address during selected hours - no waiting at the pharmacy needed.

MedStation@SKH

Need to colelct medications outside of our opening hours but no one is home for a delivery? Try MedSTation, our new locker service exclusively for SKH and NHCS@SKH patients!

MedStation lockers are situated at the ground floor on SKH, between the SKH Medical Centre and Polar Café.

Pre-order and Pick-up (Pick N Go)

Skip the queue with our self-collection service at our Outpatient Pharmacy. You can place your medication orders through the HealthHub app and collect them at the Outpatient Pharmacy counter.  An SMS notification will be sent to you once your order has been processed and is ready for collection.  Please follow the instructions provided in the SMS to collect your medication.

2-hour processing time upon ordering (for orders before 4pm)

Collection timing: 11:00am - 6:30pm
Monday to Friday only (excluding Public Holidays)
