Visitor Information

In line with MOH's latest guidelines, our visiting policy has been revised as follows:

• Only 2 visitors allowed at patient's bedside at any one time during visiting hours (up to 30 minutes).
• All visitors are encouraged to do an ART self-test prior to visiting patients.
• All visitors/caregivers entering indoor patient-facing areas within the hospital are to put on mask at all times.
• Children below 12 years old are not allowed to visit, except on an exceptional circumstances.

You will not be allowed to visit the wards if you have:

• Pending COVID-19 test results
• Flu-like symptoms or are feeling unwell

Our visiting hours are 11.00am to 2.00pm and 5.00pm to 8.30pm. All visitors to the wards are required to register via our Automated Visitor Registration System or at the Visitor Registration Counters. Click here for more information on visitor registration.

While in the wards
All visitors are to abide by the following guidelines:

• Wear your mask properly and at all times
• Do not interact with other patients or visitors and maintain a safe distance from others at all times
• Wash/sanitise hands regularlyNo eating and drinking
• No food delivery
• Do not sit on patient beds or use patient toilets

While in Outpatient Clinics/Facilities

Optional for all to wear your mask except for

• Elderly/immunocompromised individuals and 
• Persons with Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) symptoms

For outpatient appointments and visits to ED, patients may continue to be accompanied by ONE (1) person.

These measures are in place to help to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission in our Hospital and community.

Use of Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) 

At SKH Campus, ensuring the safety of our patients, visitors and staff is our priority. Patient care and treatment areas can sometimes become crowded, and we want to make sure everyone can move around safely and comfortably. 

We seek your understanding in following these guidelines. This policy will apply to all patients, visitors, caregivers, and next-of-kin. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to create a safer environment for everyone in our hospital premises.

Parking of PMAs

Please park your PMA at designated parking bays conveniently located at:

• Emergency Department --> Main walk-in entrance
• Blk 3 and Blk 6 --> Behind Lift Lobby B
• Blk 1 and Blk 2--> Behind Polar shop
• Medical Centre --> Main Drop-off/Pick-up point
• Community Hospital --> In front of Blk 7 and Blk 9 registration counter
• Surgery on 2 --> Lift Lobby B (Level 2)
• Endoscopy Centre --> Outside Endoscopy Centre (Level 2)

If you need assistance moving around during your stay or visit, we are happy to provide wheelchair assistance. Please approach our Visitor Service Officers or any hospital staff for assistance.
