Order your medication at your convenience via your Balance Medication Record or HealthHub.
We deliver to all valid local addresses within mainland Singapore, excluding offshore islands and secured areas.
Supply of medications requires a valid prescription before we can process your order. If you do not have one or if you need a new prescription, kindly submit you request through the Healthhub app, or call our SKH Appointments Hotline at 6930 6000. You may then opt for delivery of the medications in the Healthhub app once the prescription is up.
We are only able to process SKH prescriptions. Kindly approach the issuing institution for their delivery services.
For any amendment or cancellation, kindly contact outpatient pharmacy at 6930 2262.
Any amendment or cancellation received less than 3 working days prior to the confirmed delivery date will be subjected to a charge of $8.
An order acknowledgement will be sent to the email address you have provided.
Based on the selected delivery date and time slot, a SMS notication will be triggered to your contact number that you have provided.
This SMS contains the OTP PIN which the deliveryman will need to verify with before he can release the parcel.
If you are unable to receive your medications in person, you can give consent for another person who is 18 years old and above to receive the medications on your behalf.
He or she must be able to provide the OTP PIN sent to the registered phone number for the deliveryman to release the parcel.
Payment can be made through Mobile pay via Healthhub app. We do not have a cash on delivery option.
Approved 3rd party payers are accepted for payment of medications. However, delivery amendment or cancellation charges will be borne by you. Please provide us with the necessary payment documents when you register for the medication delivery service.
Yes, we do accept Medisave (subjected to review and approval). Kindly indicate these options when placing your medication orders. We do not offer cash on delivery.
You can download the Healthhub app to request for a new prescription from your doctor or call our SKH Appointments Hotline at 6930 6000, and opt for delivery of your medications.
