Useful Resources

  • PRIME Brochure
  • SARC-F assessment
    • Your SARC-F score helps identify whether you may be at risk of sarcopenia. Score each of the five factors from 0 to 2 points. The total score ranges from 0 to 10, with higher scores indicating a greater likelihood of muscle weakness and functional decline. If your total score is 4 or above, you are encouraged to seek further assessment from a healthcare professional.
