MedStation@SKH, located behind Polar Café is a locker service that offers 23 hour collection window at SKH. It allows you to collect your medications anytime within the collection window at your convenience, without having to queue in the pharmacy.

Collection window: 10am on selected day to 9am the next day.
Fridge items and Controlled Drugs are not eligible for our lockers.

 

What should I do if I want my medication to be collected from the MedStation Lockers?

  1. The locker service is only applicable for SKH prescription/s and NHCS@SKH prescription/s.
  2. The prescription must be within 1 year from date of issue to be valid.
  3. For scheduling of MedStation Lockers, kindly contact Outpatient Pharmacy via: Telephone hotline: +65 6930 2262 (Press 1)
  4. An SMS with OTP pin to your designated locker(s) will be sent to your registered mobile number at around 9.55am of the selected day once the medications are ready for collection.
  5. Items collected from the lockers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  6. Locker service is free of charge, but Medication fees can be paid via HealthHub.
  7. Brands of medication are subjected to change without notice
  8. In event of any issue arising from the service, do feedback within 1 working days of the collection date. Should no issues be reported within 1 working day of the collection date, the collection will be successful. Any subsequent requests for further investigations will not be entertained.

Step 1: On the touch-screen of the lockers, press “Collect Medicine”

Step 2: Key in your mobile phone and OTP on the touch-screen of the lockers.

Step 3: Open the designated locker and you are done
Step 4: Press “confirm/complete” button on the touch-screen and you are done!

 

Can I submit an order if I do not have a valid prescription, of if my previously submitted prescription has been completely filled?

Supply of medications requires a valid prescription before we can process your order. If you do not have one or if you need a new prescription, kindly submit you request through the Healthhub app, or call our SKH Appointments Hotline at 6930 6000. You may then opt for delivery of the medications.

Can I submit a request for locker using non-SKH prescription?

We are only able to process SKH prescriptions. Kindly approach the issuing institution for such request.

How do I know if my online order has been sucessfully submitted?

An order acknowledgment will be sent to the email address you have provided.

I have a medical benefit card, can I use it to pay for the service?

Approved 3rd party payers are accepted for payment of medications. However, locker amendment or cancellation charges will be borne by you. Please provide us with the necessary payment documents when you register for the locker.

Can I opt to use Medisave or Cash as a payment mode?

Yes, we do accept Medisave use, subjected to review and approval. Kindly indicate these options when placing your medication orders. We do not offer cash payment.
