Allied Health Professionals are part of a multidisciplinary team offering diagnostic, therapeutic, and patient care services. We work closely with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to our patients.

The Allied Health Population Health is dedicated in making healthcare accessible, affordable, and seamless for everyone in the North-East region by bringing health services closer to the community and helping you stay healthy and active in your daily lives.

Our Partners

The Allied Health Population Health work hand-in-hand with our partners to promote health and wellness in our community. These partners include SKH Population Health & Integrated Care Office, SKH Healthier SG Team, SingHealth Regional Health System, and Primary Care providers such as SingHealth Polyclinics and General Practitioners of the Primary Care Network.

Additionally, the team engages with community partners such as Community Centres (CC) and Active Ageing Centres (AAC) to promote preventive health and healthy living initiatives among residents.
