Assoc Prof Sharon Ong

About

A/Prof Ong is an Anaesthesiologist. Her sub-specialty is in Intensive Care Medicine. She was awarded her Fellowship in Intensive Care Medicine and did her training in the United Kingdom. She obtained her Diploma in Intensive Care Medicine and is now a consultant to the Surgical, Neurosurgical and Burns Intensive Care Unit at the SingaporeGeneralHospital. She also has an interest in the complementary role of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Western Medicine. She has obtained a Diploma in Acupuncture and is a licensed acupuncturist with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner’s Board.
