Dr Tay obtained her medical degree from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (National University of Singapore) in 2012. She completed her postgraduate training and was accredited as a specialist in Respiratory Medicine in 2018. She subsequently worked in various Intensive Care Units in London, United Kingdom, before joining Sengkang General Hospital in 2021.
