Miles for Men Run & Health Fair 2026

Participation in both the 4km Community Run/Walk and the Health Fair is free. Registration is only required for participants who wish to join the 4km Community Run/Walk. The registration form is used to collect contact information and T-shirt sizing details for eligible participants. 
 
The Health Fair is free and open to all members of the public, and no registration is required. Feel free to invite your family and friends to visit the booths, participate in activities and learn more about men's health and healthy living. 

Update (15 Oct 2026): Registration for the 4km Community Run/Walk is now closed as capacity is full. The Health Fair remains free and open to all. 

Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you did not receive the email, it may be due to one of the following reasons: 

• An incorrect email address was entered during registration. Please verify the email address used. 
• The email may have been blocked by your mail server or directed to your junk/spam folder. Please check your junk/spam folders.

T-shirt collection is from 8am – 9am on 14 November 2026, Saturday. Please proceed to the Registration Counter and show your registration confirmation email to the staff. 

Please note that once you have selected your T-shirt size, changes will not be allowed. Kindly ensure that you select your size as accurately as possible.

Yes, you can. For unregistered children, kindly ensure there is a guardian at all times accompanying the children and they can enjoy the festivities at the event area. Do note that if they did not register for the walk/run, they would not be able to accompany you on the route.

Strollers are permitted at the run & health fair. 

Pets are strictly not permitted at this event. SKH and its event partners will not be held responsible for any actions or incidents caused by participants or their pets. 

In the event of bad weather, SKH reserves the right to delay the commencement of the event, modify the event format, programme or activities, or relocate activities to an alternative venue. If the bad weather persists or conditions are deemed unsafe, SKH reserves the right to cancel the event. 

If you require immediate medical attention, please alert the nearest route marshal deployed along the race route immediately.

Yes. Photography and/or videography will be conducted during the event for news, publicity, and promotional purposes. 

By participating in the event, participants consent to Sengkang General Hospital using any photographs, video recordings, motion pictures, or other recordings of the event for legitimate purposes, including marketing and commercial advertising.
