SKH’s Men’s Health Forum aims to empower men to take charge of their well-being

Recognising that men often delay seeking treatment until symptoms worsen, SKH is hosting a Men’s Health Forum on 30 August 2025. The event features talks on weight management, mobility, erectile dysfunction, mental health, and other key topics. The forum will also launch "Man Up!", a collection of true stories from patients and caregivers who have faced serious health challenges. By providing accessible knowledge and real-world insights, SKH aims to empower men to take charge of their well-being proactively, with ticket proceeds supporting the hospital's Better Health Fund for patient care, public education, and prostate disease research.
