If you have medical benefit cards, please present it at the registration or payment counter during your visit.
Medical benefit cards will include those of companies or insurers with direct billing agreements with SKH.
Alternatively, employer or Insurance company paying for your medical bills shall have to forward SKH a Letter of Guarantee (LOG).
Examples of Medical Benefit Cards:
- Blood Donor Card Civil Service Card (CSC)
- Financial Assistance Card/Memo (PA, MediFund, SMTA, MFEC)
- SAF Identity Card (11B)
- SingHealth Staff Benefit Card
- Insurance Cards with direct billing arrangements with SKH
