• All refunds will be processed within 1 month from Final Bill date.
• With effect from 1 March 2025, refunds (if any) for payments made using NETS, Cash, PayNow, and other local eWallets will be processed via PayNow-NRIC to the patient (regardless of the original payer).
• Refunds (if any) for payments made using credit cards will be credited to the same credit card account.
• The Institution shall be entitled at its discretion to offset any credit balance under the relevant bill against any liability of the patient in respect of any other bill(s) before making a refund.
