Sengkang General Hospital Pte Ltd (SKH) is calling this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL –SKH_RETAIL_RFP_26_0001 Occupation and Operation of Retail Outlets in Sengkang General Hospital. The event will open on 7 September 2026 at 0900 hrs sharp (Singapore Time) and close on 9 October 2026 at 1500 hrs sharp (Singapore Time). 

Background of RFP
SKH is inviting operators to submit proposals for the RFP for Occupation and Operation of Retail Outlets in Sengkang General Hospital.

Qualifying Criteria of Vendor

The qualifying criteria for this RFP must be met by the Operator as set out below:

• Preferably at least two (2) years of related-experience in Singapore
• Not barred from participating in Government tenders.  

*Note: SKH reserves the right not to accept any retail trade submission that is deemed to conflict with, duplicates, or otherwise clash with existing hospital services, operations, or commercial offerings.

Collection of RFP Documents

Interested vendors may email to buyer (email address listed below) on the collection of RFP documents after the RFP opens. The email should include the following documents

1. Supporting documents to substantiate eligibility of the above qualifying criteria
2. Endorsed One Way Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with company stamp

Submission of Proposal

Submissions must be deposited into Tender Box No. 4 at the Materials Management Department of the Company (please see address below), no later than 9 October 2026 at 1500 hrs sharp.
