Sengkang General Hospital Pte Ltd (SKH) is calling this INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) - SKH_SPWO_ITQ_26_0001 Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Fruits Stall at Sengkang General Hospital. The event will open on 2 March 2026 at 0900 hrs sharp (Singapore Time) and close on 1 April 2026 at 1500 hrs sharp (Singapore Time).
   
A non-mandatory site show will be conducted on 10 March 2026, 1300hrs, at Sengkang General Hospital, 110 Sengkang East Way, Singapore 544886. Interested vendor is required to submit to buyer (e-mail addresses listed below) via email, their company name, attendees' name (maximum of 2 representatives) and contact numbers by 9 March 2026, 1500hrs for details on the site show.   

Background of ITQ

SKH is inviting operators to submit proposals for the ITQ for Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Fruits Stall at Sengkang General Hospital.

Qualifying Criteria of Vendor

The full list of qualifying criteria for this ITQ must be met by the Operator as set out below: 

1. At least 1 year of experience in Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Fruits Stall in Singapore. 
2. Not barred from participating in Government tenders. 

Collection of ITQ Documents 

Interested vendors may email to buyer on the collection of ITQ documents after the ITQ opens. The email should include the following documents:

1. Supporting documents to substantiate eligibility of the above qualifying criteria
2. Endorsed One Way Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with company stamp 

Submission of Proposal

Submissions must be deposited into Tender Box No. 1 at the Materials Management Department of the Company (please see address below), no later than 1 April 2026 at 1500 hrs sharp.
