Highlights

Worked with advanced clinical and specialty nurses on a pilot of a protocol-based implementation in reducing glucose fluctuations and adverse events for patients on enteral feedings with insulin and/or oral-glucose lowering drugs regime. Won SingHealth Best Team Award for Nursing Excellence 2025 and SingHealth Family Target Zero Harm Award 2025.
Co-lead of a multidisciplinary team across institutions on an innovation project. Won the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Innovation Institute (AMII) Nursing Innovation Grant 2024 ($10000) and the SingHealth Nursing Innovation Challenge 2022 ($4000). The project is about improving the ease of visualisation of dosage on injectable medication pens and the experience of patients with visual challenges in medication administration.
Main Coordinator for the MOH HMDP Visiting Expert (VE) FY2023 Research. Coordinated the teaching programme with VE, TTSH and NTFGH and MOH.
