Telemedicine

SKH Telemedicine service connects you with our doctors and healthcare providers via video or phone, so you can receive quality patient care from the comfort of your home. Your caregiver or loved ones are also welcome to join the consultation virtually. Using a computer, smartphone, or tablet, you can have a private and comprehensive consultation without making a trip to the hospital.

If you experience a medical emergency or feel unwell, do not proceed with your Video or Phone consultation. Please visit your nearest Polyclinic, General Practitioner (GP) Clinic or Emergency Department instead.

Patient Eligibility

• Telemedicine service is available for patients who prefer to consult their outpatient specialist or clinical care team via video or phone call, and are assessed to be suitable by their care team.
• You may also request a video or phone consultation for your next appointment, during your current visit or by emailing our appointment centre at appointments@skh.com.sg. Our care team will advise you accordingly.
