Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. You may register using our Self-Service Stations at the entrance of the respective clinics.

After registration, you will receive a queue ticket with your clinic journey for the day.

Understanding Your Queue Journey at SKH Medical Centre's Specialist Outpatient Clinics

You may have the following Pre-Consult Tests to be done:

  • Laboratory Test: Most laboratory test services are located at Specimen Collection @ SKH Medical Centre Building, Level 4. For more information, please click here
  • Imaging Scans (e.g. X-ray): You may be directed to Radiology at Level 2, 3 or 5 as reflected in your queue ticket
  • Patient Assessment: Measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure may be taken at the assessment counters at your respective clinic prior to your consultation. Depending on your medical condition, you may also be required to undergo other tests or investigations not listed above prior to your consultation.

 

Please proceed to the consultation room when your queue number is called.

If you doctor has advised a follow-up visit, an SMS or push notification via HealthHub app will be sent to you.

If you are required to undergo any pre-consult tests prior to your next appointment, we will provide you with the hardcopy order form(s).

 

If oyu have been prescribed medications, you will be directed to the medication management counter for a prescription review by our pharmacist before collecting your medications. Please inform our pharmacist of the following:

  • Medications you would like to collect and their respective quantities/duration
  • Preferred mode of collection, and
  • Preferred mode of payment

For medication collection, opt for one of the three available options:

  • Outpatient Pharmacy @ SKH Medical Centre Level 1 (Same-day collection)
  • Through our Medication Delivery Service (Delivery on the following week)
  • Using our MedStation Locker (Next-Day Collection after 10am)

 

Before you leave the clinic, please make payment via the Self-Service Stations. An invoice will be sent to your email once payment has been made. For any outstanding bills, you will receive an SMS or personalised notification via the mobile app at 8pm on the day of your visit. 

If you are a foreigner or non-resident, please proceed to our payment counters located at SKH Medical Centre, Level 3 to make payment after your visit.
