Overview
Healthier SG (HSG) is a national initiative which was launched by the Ministry of Health in July 2023, where the focus is on preventive health. Everyone is encouraged to take charge of their own health by being more proactive in preventing the onset of chronic diseases, and to lead healthier lifestyles.
By the end of this talk, participants will:1. Have a better understanding of Healthier SG (HSG) and the benefits of enrolment into HSG.2. Be introduced to the services provided by the HSG teams from Sengkang Hospital (SKH) at the Community Health Posts.3. Be introduced to the WellBeing Coordinators (WBC), our community nurses and how they can help you in your journey towards better health.
