Our eLOBBY @ Business Office offers a convenient option for you to complete your transactions digitally.

Open daily from 7am to 9pm, the eLOBBY is equipped with the following e-services through iPads and the Self-Service Station.

iPad e-services:

• Submit forms (e.g. Medical Claim Authorisation Form- S)
• Pay your hospital bills
• Request for a change of inpatient ward type
• Book appointment with the Business Office regarding your inpatient bill or payment enquiries
• Access virtual assistance via ‘Ask Sarah’ chatbot

Self-Service Station:

• Obtain appointment queue number during operating hours
• Pay SKH outpatient bills (except SNEC, NCCS, and NHCS)
