Interim Bill

If you need a bill while still hospitalised, you or an authorised next-of-kin can request for an interim bill. Please note that the amount reflected in the interim bill is accurate at the time of its issuance.

Please provide complete and accurate information, to avoid any delays. We will respond to your request within 1 to 3 working days. The interim bill will be sent to your provided email address once it has been processed. If no email address is indicated, we will upload the bill to the patient's Share Document in Health Buddy. 

Please note that the finalised bill will be issued only after we have consolidated all services and processed all claims from the Central Provident Fund (CPF), including MediSave and MediShield Life, or from the patient's insurance provider. The final bill will be ready 4-6 weeks after the patient's discharge from the hospital.
