Medications Delivery Service | Sengkang General Hospital

Medication Delivery Service is offered at no charge to our patients who can discharge from our wards at 11.30am.
Service is available only from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 3pm to 7pm.
Medications will be supplied in full based on doctor’s prescription. Please inform our staff should you need to make any changes.
You will be contacted to confirm the time of the delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the medications will be returned to SKH Inpatient Discharge Pharmacy for self-collection by patient/next-of-kin (NOK).
Medication counselling will be done over the telephone. Please ensure that you have provided the correct contact number.
No audio or video recording is allowed during medication counseling.
Once the medications have been delivered, no exchanges or refunds will be allowed.
Future request for medication top-up will incur delivery charges.
