What are the symptoms of laryngeal cancers?

Patients complain of:

Voice hoarseness
Shortness of breath
Recurrent lung infection due to aspiration
Blood stained sputum
Difficulty swallowing
Lump in the neck (which usually indicates a spread of the cancer to the lymph nodes)
Persistent throat pain or earache
