The Pain Management Services in SKH is set up to serve patients with chronic and disabling pain disorders. Our team of doctors, acupuncturist, allied health and nurses, help patients to restore function and manage chronic pain by using a multi-pronged (bio-psycho-social) approach by addressing medical, physical and psychological aspects of pain. This one-stop centre is staffed by a team of internationally trained pain specialists, dedicated nurses, physiotherapists and psychologists. We also have an onsite acupuncturist to provide adjuvant management to pain conditions. We communicate closely with other specialties such as orthopaedic, general surgery, psychiatry and internal medicine to aim to provide quality care for our patients. We also accept outpatient referrals from polyclinics and GPs to co-manage patients with chronic pain conditions.
