What We Do

Sengkang General Hospital (SKH) Research Office (RO) plays a role in supporting research activities and in facilitating collaborations between SingHealth institutions and partners. RO facilitates and enables research that has an impact on patients' care and delivery. Leveraging on our cluster's research strength, RO promotes collaborations, partnerships with various academic, research institutions and regulatory agencies.

Mission

• To facilitate the highest calibre of biomedical research, among the SKH staffs.
• RO works across departments, centres as well as with other external institutions to foster research collaborations, and supports the efforts to secure funding for such collaborations. RO works with SKH research community to facilitate patients centred clinical research and trial studies.
• RO strives to support and implement strategic plans for research in SKH.
