13 September 2020 - A reader queried about the proper running posture and gait to minimise injuries. In response, Dr Joshua Li, Registrar, Department of Sport & Exercise Medicine, CGH highlighted the different injuries associated with various running gaits. He emphasized the importance of warm-up and cool-down exercises as well as use of proper footwear.
