Visitor Registration Guide

In line with MOH's latest guidelines, we have updated our visitor policy to reduce the risk of infection. Click here for our updated visiting policy.

Our Visitor Registration System helps to manage the flow of visitors in and out of our hospital. It will facilitate contact tracing in a pandemic situation. Visitors to all wards are required to register. We want your visit to be a smooth and hassle-free experience.

There are two ways you can register as a visitor:
  • Visitor Registration at the Counter
  • Visitor Registration Kiosks

Who needs to register?
  • Ward (In-patient) visitors

What is required for registration?
Ward visitors may register using any of the following identification cards.
  • NRIC/ FIN | A Singapore driving licence or Senior Citizen/ Student EZ-link card
  • Patient’s surname/name, ward, room and bed number
  • A valid local mobile number

Once you are registered, you may scan your identification card at the gantry to enter during visiting hours. For assistance, please feel free to approach our staff at any visitor registration counter.

For visitors who are uncomfortable with, or find difficulty using the visitor registration kiosks, our counter staff will be on hand to register your personal details. Please be informed that gantry access to the various block is restricted to patient’s location.

All information provided by visitors will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of ward visitation and contact tracing in the event of a pandemic situation.

The visitor registration kiosks are located at the lift lobbies at Level 1 (General Hospital - Blk 1 & 2, Blk 3 to 6, and Community Hospital - Blk 7 to 9), and is applicable to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents holding NRIC/FIN/Student Pass/Senior Citizen's EZ Link Card/Singapore Driving Licence. Foreigners holding work permits and overseas visitors are required to register at the Visitor Registration Counters.
