Visitor Policy

For ED visits and outpatient appointments:

• Patients may continue to be accompanied by ONE (1) person.

For EDTU* and inpatient visits:

• Only two (2) visitors at the bedside at any one time, during visiting hours. 
  

• Visitors and caregivers should refrain from visiting if they are feeling unwell.
  

• Patients with suspected or confirmed Emerging Infectious Diseases (e.g. Ebola, MERS) will not be allowed visitors.
  

• Children below 12 years old are not allowed to visit, except on an exceptional basis.
  

• Our visiting hours are 12.00pm to 2.00pm and 5.00pm to 8.30pm.
