Dr. Colin Wang is a Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon (Trauma and Adult Reconstruction) in Sengkang General Hospital since 2019. He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2019 and upon completion of his Orthopaedic Surgery residency training, he was appointed as Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS Ortho) of Edinburgh in 2019.

Dr. Colin Wang completed a clinical fellowship (SingHealth Health Manpower Development Plan Award 2022) at the prestigious Wrightington Hospital, United Kingdom in 2023 where he was trained in complex hip and knee joint reconstruction and revision surgeries. His current practice incorporates the use of robotic technology to perform hip and knee joint replacement including partial (unicompartment and patellofemoral) knee replacement. He has a special interest in the treatment of geriatric hip fractures and in the use of minimally invasive surgical technique such as direct anterior approach (DAA) for total hip replacement.

Beyond his clinical duties, Dr. Colin Wang is involved in educating future generation of doctors and specialists for better patient care. He serves as a clinical assistant professor to Duke-NUS Medical Schools and a Clinical Core Faculty Member for SingHealth Residency Program (PGY1). Dr. Colin Wang is a certified robotic knee replacement trainer for local and international Orthopaedic specialists, and he has also been involved in the research and development of new implant used in hip joint replacement.
