Dr Victor Kwok is Head and Senior Consultant in the Department of Psychiatry, Sengkang General Hospital. He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from National University of Singapore. He subsequently obtained his Master of Medicine (Psychiatry) and then his qualification as a specialist in Psychiatry.

He was previously the Director for the Early Intervention Program for Depression and Anxiety in Singapore General Hospital where he worked closely with patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

He has a special interest in Eating Disorders and he undertook his fellowship training in this field at Stanford Health Care, California, USA.
