Profile

​Dr Wong Wei Teen is a Family Physician. She holds the administrative appointment as Clinic Director, Outram Polyclinic. She graduated from the National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2010, obtained Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) in 2014 as the graduating pioneer batch of the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Programme, and completed her Fellowship Programme with the College of Family Physicians (Singapore) in 2020.

She currently holds a teaching position with the Duke-NUS Family Medicine Program, and is a faculty of the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Program, and anchors the Global Health Elective within the Program.

She is also serving as the clinical lead of the SHP Community and Advance Care Workgroup and as the clinical lead in Social Prescribing. She is also the Patient Safety Lead of the SHP Quality Improvement Committee.
